And We're Off to Anchorage

All the boxes got packed and our bags were squished into our Camry with barely enough room for Kallie.  We made it to the airport with only 6 big bags to check, 3 heavy backpacks, a stroller and car seat - and a squirmy 18 month old.  Thankfully we shipped a few things early from our house hunting/training trip and office boxes.  Kallie will at least have a few things to play with.

We travelled pretty much all day but Kallie did great!  She was very tired and cranky by the end but a real trooper.  And she got to enjoy some Mickey Mouse.

It seems to have happened so fast!  It almost feels like we're on a vacation but are not seeing any fun sights.  It is crazy to think this is our home for the next few years.  We are excited and look forward to the adventures to come.
